We transformed a fragmented, error-prone workflow into a secure, fully digital ecosystem.

What once relied on spreadsheets, manual report assembly, and sensitive data being emailed between multiple parties was re-engineered into a purpose-built platform. From the ground up, we created an online DNA testing system that automates reporting, streamlines data management, and safeguards PHI and PII at every step. The result: a scalable, compliant, and far more efficient solution that redefined how DNA testing is delivered.

This is a highly sophisticated platform—think Hims/Hers® for the gut. In close collaboration with microbiologists, physicians, nutritionists, data scientists, and researchers, we built end-to-end clinical trial software, custom DNA analysis pipelines, and automated reporting systems.

The centerpiece is the automation engine: it ingests user-provided intake data, cross-references DNA baseline variance ranges, and generates personalized reports with lifestyle, medication, and dietary recommendations. Multiple checkpoints and role-based workflows ensure scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and accuracy at scale. What once required manual effort from multiple specialists is now a streamlined, scalable system capable of delivering thousands of high-quality reports efficiently and securely.

The custom architecture extended seamlessly into native mobile applications.

We developed a bespoke iOS app integrated with a research portal, where user questionnaires feed directly into the system. A custom notification engine, paired with dynamic interfaces, enables precise segmentation and full control over how and when information is delivered. Every element ties back to the individual user—linking their medical profile, DNA results, and ongoing input—to deliver a deeply personalized experience. On the administrative side, the platform provides robust oversight and configurability, ensuring researchers and clinicians can manage the entire ecosystem with precision.
