They’re the world’s largest medical parts procurement company—a quiet giant in a niche B2B market. Think of them as the AutoZone of BioMed. We partnered with their team to reimagine their proprietary SaaS procurement platform, guiding research, roadmap, redesign, and testing. Along the way, we collaborated closely with the executive team and leadership to ensure the platform met both operational demands and user needs.

TIMELINE
7 years
Over the course of six months, we led an in-depth research initiative—interviews, data collection, process mapping, and market exploration.
The result: more than 1,000 pages of documented evidence, from detailed personas and best-practice benchmarks to feasibility studies and market fit analyses.
With board approval and funding in place, we moved from strategy into creation.
First came a mobile application tailored for B2B partners, setting a new standard for accessibility. Next, we built a 500-page digital repository housing layouts, versions, components, and guidance—an essential resource shared across the organization. From there, we designed the full UX and UI system, transforming an outdated catalog into a dynamic, measurable B2X experience.
Looking ahead, our next-generation ideation and research is shaping the a future focused end-to-end procurement and service experience.
The vision: robust, chat-based interactions powered by LLMs and built-in machine learning. What was once e-commerce and backend software evolves into a fluid conversation between customers, suppliers, technicians, managers, administrators, and support teams. This approach facilitates group dialogue around highly complex, multi-layered order management—transforming it into an intuitive, transparent, and natural experience.
